INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING ONLINE FORM
1. Team entry form is available on website's download link (www.ruralolympic.org/download) . Download this form and upload it after filling it properly
2. You can either submit/deposit the individual registration form of players at the venue of National championship or fill online registration form. Don't forget to upload the photo, date of birth proof and identity card/proof of the players. Manual Registration form is also available on www.ruralolympic.org/download
3. Deposit 50% of your total fees on or before the last date to avoid late fees.
4. For membership fill the online membership form, call us at 9868668825 and deposit your registration fees in the account mention bellow and start working as state secretary. Note one person can maximum apply for the secretaryship of three game.
